She is survived by: her children, Russell Lance Neely (Tina), Robin Neely LaGuardia (Rafael), Charles Taze Neely (Amy) and Jason Wade Osborne (Christy); and her grandchildren, Shiana, Lance, Rachael, Kari, John, Charles, Savannah, Justin and Leo. She is also survived by 10 Great-grandchildren.
