He is survived by: his mother Carol Denton (Dan); his siblings, Jason Smith, Becky Johnson, Kirsi Smith and Kyle Smith; and his children, Dylan, Casey, Cooper, Ella and Jack Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
