She was predeceased by: her husband Winfred Phillips. She is survived by: her sons, Fred Spivey, Keith Phillips and Bo; her daughters-in-law, Kary and Sandra; and her grandchildren, Whitney, Darren, Tiffany, Alexa and Alexandra.
