We bid farewell to Carol Speranzo of Pensacola, Florida, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 8, 2025 at the age of 84. Carol touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Carmine "Tommy" Speranzo; her daughter Cherry Waid; her mother A. W. Vaughn; and her great grandchildren, Kyra Patroni and Sierra Vass.
She is survived by: her son Charles "Cliff" Waid (Vicky); her siblings, Judy Vaughn Thomas and Johnny Vaughn; and her grandchildren, Leah Bennett (Gary Clayton), James Cummings (Natalie), Brandy Cole (Dennis) and Charla Mason (Riley Davis). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Shriners Children's Hospital.
