She is survived by: her children, John Jenkins (Tina) of Lake City, FL, Terri Jenkins of Pensacola, FL and Tracy Duckett (Kelly) of Lake City, FL.; her sisters, Edna Brouilette and Paula Petrakovic of Utah; her grandchildren, Leah Dwyer (Nate) of Merrimack, NH, Aleah, Daniel (Amanda), Whitney (Dustin), Aaron (Lauren), Caitlin Moreau, Ryan (Amanda) and Brantley (Serenity); her great grandchildren, Skyla, Ava, Peyton, Zack, Jackson, Kasen, Ashlynn, Aria, Pearl, Hannah Dwyer (Merrimack), Hudson, Ryker, Aspen, Maverick and Wilder; and her great great grandchildren, Jace and Meadow. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of a service, donations may be made in Carole's memory to Teen Challenge Thrift Store (9 Mile Road, location), Allen Memorial Methodist Church Food Pantry Program, and the American Red Cross, Northwest Florida Chapter.
