She is survived by: her father Carl Starett, Sr.; her husband Johnny Victor, Jr.; her children, John "J. C." Victor and Brittany Victor; her siblings, Tony Starrett, Joseph Rayborn, Carl Starrett, Jr. and Ellen Miller; and her grandchildren, Brianna Heritage and Damon Heritage. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
