He is survived by: his children, Charles Miner Harrell, III and Jane Briggs Harrell; his brothers, Daniel Harrell (Emily) and Frank Harrell; his parents, Jeannie Harrell and Miner Harrell; his former wife Elizabeth Harrell; and his aunts and uncles, Bob, Adele Balink, Billy, Theresa Harrell, Anne and Dave Jacobi. He is also survived by his niece, nephew, and his cousins.
