He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Newton and Arlene Newton; and his former wife Jacqueline "Jackie" Newton. He is survived by: his wife Vicky Newton; his sons, Bryan (Michele) and Carl Newton (Misty); his grandchildren, Chase, Elijah, Savannah and Myles; and his siblings, Richard, Ralph (Jan) and Kathy Inamura. He is also survived by his nephews and nieces.
