She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Keith and Wilma Leona Hook (Cox); her husband Robert Freeman Chappell; and her granddaughter Karissa Demirgian. She is survived by: her children, Todd Freeman Chappell, Barry Keith Chappell of Pensacola, Tonya Sue Demirgian of Elkton, Maryland., Jadine Chappell, Ruth Ann Chappell and Edward Demirgian Jr.; her grandchildren, Shelby Chappell Evers, David Chappell, Jessica Chappell, Christina Chappell, Joshua Chappell, Caleb Chappell, Victoria Demirgian Yates, Nathanael Demirgian, Seth Demirgian and Moriah Demirgian; and her great grandchild Judah Yates.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Mullenix Chapel. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
