He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Howard and Bobbie Howard. He is survived by: his daughter Bonnie; his daughter-in-law DeAnne; his granddaughter Muri; and his siblings, Michael (Susan), David (Kathy), Theresa (Tim), Tony (Kim), Donna (Jerry) and Richard (Kathy). He is also survived by 21 nieces and nephews, as well as many great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Waters & Hibbert Funeral Home (124 W Gregory St, Pensacola, FL 32502). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
