He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene O. Barnett and Bonnie Bowman Schmidt Barnett; his son Kyle; his stepfather Herman Schmidt; and his brother Randy Barnett.
He is survived by: his children, Brandon Barnett (Krista) and Brittany Aaron (Harrison); his grandchildren, Olivia, Gemma Barnett, Macy and Marshall Aaron; and his brothers, Gary Barnett (Debbie) and Rick Barnett (Rhonda). He is also survived by nieces; and nephews.
