He was predeceased by: his parents, Marjorie Cotner and Joe Cotner. He is survived by: his son Jay Cotner; his nieces and nephews, Larry Cotner II, April Counts (Cotner), Chris Cotner, Jane Stackhouse and Karen Mizell; and his brother Larry Cotner (Jackie).
