He is survived by: his wife Ida Booker; his brother Alex (Lovain Malden); his children, David Miller Booker Jr., James Booker, Yolanta, Dr. Napoleon Broughton, Sheila Booker and Melanie Mayes (Steven); and his cousin Abraham Booker.
