We announce the death of David Lester Trostle Jr. of Pensacola, Florida, born in Lorain, Ohio, who passed away on August 9, 2026. David will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, David Lester Trostle Sr. and Corrine Rosebud Gertz. He is survived by: his wife Lynette Trostle; his children, David Trostle (Gena), Glenn Trostle and Jason Trostle (Christine); his grandchildren, Lacy, Carson, Aubry, Makenzie, Tanner, Brody and Emerson; his great grandchildren, Walker, Cayden, Maya and Arya; his sister Carol; his niece Denise; and his nephew Todd.
