He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert A. Shortt and Anne Marie Leslie Shortt. He is survived by: his wife Margie A. Shortt; his children, Delbert R. Shortt (Debra) and Debbie A. Shortt-Beddow (Bill); his grandchildren, Shainna M. Kent (Kevin), Tyler J. Beddow and Taylor A. Beddow; his great grandchildren, McKenna M. Kent and Kai R. Kent; and his sister-in-law Dawn E. Martin.
