She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Fleshman and Faye Fleshman. She is survived by: her husband Robert Lewis; her stepchildren, Bobby Lewis (Paige) of Prattville, Alabama and Brandy Smith (Scott) of Cantonment; and her sister Barbara Spivey (Sam) of Cowarts. She is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
