He is survived by: his children, Craig Worley (Kaye), Brett Worley (Kathy) and Dawn Ford (Todd); his grandchildren, Savannah Worley of Pensacola, Sophia Worley of Pensacola, Ryan Worley of Pensacola, Mabry Worley of Pensacola, Blake Ford of Omaha, NE and Colin Ford of Omaha, NE; his sister Vicki Blitman of Syracuse, NY; his nephew Joey Blitman; and his niece Rebecca Walters.
