She was predeceased by: her parents, Otha Ballard and Viola Ballard; her sister Marion Jean Ballard; and her husband John Kvartek. She is survived by: her children, John Michael Kvartek (Tammy) and Michelle Kvartek; her siblings, Leon, Ronnie Ballard and Corrine Mason; her grandchildren, Kelsey Kvartek (Matt), Kyle Kvartek (Kyla), Kaleb Kvartek (Taylor), Maryam Bentchich (Hamza Zlaihi) and Yusef Bentchich; and her great grandchildren, Ivey Kathleen Kvartek and Knox Christopher Kvartek. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks for contributions to be made to St. Jude in Donna's memory.
