He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Moseley and Verna Mae Owens; his siblings, Lena Mae Moseley Edwards, Coy Moseley, Woodrow Moseley and Billy Moseley; and his children, William "Big Bill" Moseley and Kimberly Cartwright (Moseley).

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Moseley; and his sons, Johnny Moseley, Donald Moseley (Ray) and Lee Moseley. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
