He is survived by: his sister-in-law Mona Foy; his niece Brandy Foy Robinson (Ed); his great-nephew Evan Robinson; his nephews, Col. JD Foy, IV and Col Mitchell Foy; his cousin Sally Trimble (Henry, family: Chris Trimble); and his sons, Hank, Mateo Trimble of Vermont, Leslie Trimble Nichols, Johnny and Thomas Nichols of Colorado.
