She was predeceased by: her parents, Elzie Russell Carter and Mabel Maureen Richardson; her daughter Vicki Barnes; her son-in-law Dale Pennington; and her brother Paul Russell Carter.
She is survived by: her children, John Russell Schelski (Phyllis), Keith William Fuller and Pamela Mae Pennington; and her sister Patricia Peebles (Willie). She is also survived by 13 grand children and 17 great grand children.
