She was predeceased by: her husband William "Bill" Yates; her parents, Arthur Weimert and Geraldine Weimert; and her siblings-in-law, Oliver Yates (Betty Watkins) and Judy Green (Willis).
She is survived by: her children, Maria Yates, Cherri North (David), Bill Yates (Anna) and Robert; her grandchildren, JoCee North-Adams (William Adams), Lily North (Dylan Radovich), Myra Smith (Justin), Dawson Lee, Zoë Yates, Louden Yates, Roo Yates and Deborah Frusciante (Roberto); her great grandchild Bianca Frusciante; and her sister-in-law Betty Brigham Yates of Nashville, TN. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
