She was predeceased by: her parents, Fredrick Hoffmann and Lenora Kerr Hoffmann; her former husband William "Bill" Lee; her husband Herb Cunningham; and her siblings, Fritz (Ruby), Henry Hoffmann (Betty), Shirley Cagle (Ira) and Jane Whittle (Bill).

She is survived by: her son-in-law Terry Smith; her children, Sandy Smith (Terry), Bruce Lee and Mike Lee (Tammy); her brother Frank Hoffmann (Susan); her grandson Christian Gordy; and her stepdaughter Diane Oswalt (Phill).

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital, Memphis, TN, where Christian was a patient many years ago.
