He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hawkins; his stepmother Connie Hawkins; his siblings, Miriam Milton, Sylvia Santoyo and John Hawkins; his sisters-in-law, Pamela Hill and Rosa Hawkins; his stepmother-in-law Joan Hill; his children, David Hawkins, Justin Allender, Kara Hawkins and Brianna Allender; and his grandchildren, Landon, Brody, Lexi, Brantley, Benjamin and Levi. He is also survived by children, grand children, nieces and nephews.
