She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert L. Byrd and Jonnie M. Wiley; her son Robert A. Pearson; and her former husband John W. Pearson, Sr.. She is survived by: her son John W. Pearson, Jr. (Sheila); her grandson John E. Pearson; and her great-nephew Antonio Byrd. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many dear friends.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Greater Union Baptist Church (1300 N Guillemard St, Pensacola, FL 32501).
