He is survived by: his wife Betty Smith; his daughters, Tammy Vice (Ray) and Tracy Webb (Jerry); and his grandchildren, Michelle Morgan, Cassondra Vice, James Vice, Christopher Welch, Johnathan Willis, Jeremy Webb, Courtney Cole, Tanner Smith, Taylor Smith and Lauren Smith. He is also survived by grandkids; numerous nieces and nephews.
