He is survived by: his son Nicholas Francis Delgado (Cameron); his siblings, Cindi Delgado Holland (Anthony), Daryl Delgado (Gina), Rudy Delgado (Beverly), Glenda Delgado Wood and Robyn Delgado; his uncle Richard Delgado (Daniele); and his nieces and nephews, Joshua Turner, Michelle Gipson, Sandy Hill, Olivia Delgado and Stewart Slater.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for a donation to ARC Gateway whose mission is to provide the best possible life experiences for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
