It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Francis Ernst Palma of Pensacola, Florida, who passed away on November 29, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank F. Palma and Bernie L. (Hirsch); and his brother-in-law John Brandt. He is survived by: his wife Ann Carol Palma; his children, Kathy Parker (Kevin) of Pensacola, FL and Charles Palma (Manet) of Aurora, CO; his granddaughters, Nicole Parker, Rachel Parker, Penny Palma and Posey Palma; and his sisters, Mary Jo Palma, Betty Brandt, Gerry Palma, Margie Seitz (Robert), Bernie Palma and Mary Juco (Phil). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and treasured friends.
