He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Silver and Ann Silver of Eden, NC. He is survived by: his children, Erika A. Silver of Raleigh, NC, Mandie B. Silver (Jonathan) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Dr. Jared Silver (Amy) of Raleigh, NC; his granddaughter Azelie Maud Silver; and his sisters, Anita Skoula (Jerry Register), Betty Booth (Mike) and Velva Milholland (Dan). He is also survived by his aunts, a host of cousins, and a myriad of friends.
In lieu of flowers, Frank and Dale request that contributions be made to Temple Beth El of Pensacola, the American Cancer Society, Pensacola Section of the American Chemical Society, University of North Carolina or the University of Wisconsin.
