He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kase and Grace Kase; and his brother Nelson Kase. He is survived by: his wife Diana Carl Kase; his children, Devon Lee Kase Tancock (Matthew) and Joel Gary Kase (Kaylia); and his grandsons, Edward William Tancock and Arthur Charles Tancock.
