He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

“I’m very sorry to hear of Gary’s passing. We spent some good times together on the baseball fields in Ashland and as drummers in the HS band. Beyond that we spent time together on a few jobs he was doing for his dad during summers in HS. I knew his parents and his older brothers pretty well. I last saw Gary at the reunion last Fall and a few times for lunch near Pensacola before that. He was always so proud of his kids and brothers and missed Lane terribly. Rest in Peace, Gary.”
