He was predeceased by: his parents, Daisy Phillips and Harry Phillips Sr.. He is survived by: his brother Edward "Eddie" Phillips. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pensacola Memorial Gardens (7433 Pine Forest Rd, Pensacola, FL 32526). A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM.
