He was predeceased by: his parents, George Monroe and Edith Monroe; his brother Carl Monroe; and his wife Glenna Monroe. He is survived by: his siblings, Herb Monroe (Lyn), Roy Monroe (Karen) and Elaine Young (David). He is also survived by Four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
