She is survived by: her husband Gaynor Perkins; her children, Cindy White (Michael), Randy Perkins (Megan), Mike Perkins (Kelly) and Anthony Perkins (Vicki); her grandchildren, Crystal Stewart, Josh Belcher (Jennifer), Zach Dickinson (Jamie), Jessica Varner (Brian), Brooke Grzych (Brandon), Ryan Perkins (Stefanny Carranza), Steve Perkins (Kara), Maricia Ferguson, Keisha Arnold, Christine Burnham (Kenny) and Amanda Meeks (Blake); her great grandchildren, Emily Stewart, Zoey, Liam Dickinson, Gavin, Beckham Varner, Kora Perkins, Alexis Sanders (Cecil), Carsen Ferguson (Braylyn Waggoner), Isaak Ferguson, Thomas, Samantha Arnold, Branson, Micah, Emily Burnham, Isabella and Lilly Meeks; her great great grandchild Willow Sanders; and her sister Ethel Carter. She is also survived by extended family and many lifelong friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to be made to Mother's Memorial at First Pentecostal Church of Pensacola.
