He is survived by: his wife Glinda Nall; his son Steve Nall; his grandsons, Fisher Nall and River Dempsey; and his great grandchild Willow Dempsey.
As a proud member of the Cantonment Masonic Lodge No. 322, Howard exemplified the values of brotherhood, truth, and charity.
