She was predeceased by: her parent Carcel. She is survived by: her children, Jerome DuBose (Bettie) and Yolonda DuBose; and her grandson Caiden DuBose. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and special friends.
She also participated in the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life, remained active with Booker T. Washington High School's Class of 1967, and supported church activities and services.
