He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Ann Blackman McKinley; his children, Joy McKinley Matthews (Jay) and Jacob McKinley (Kelly Davis); his grandchildren, Hannah Matthews, Jake McKinley and Kenna McKinley; his siblings, Lawrence McKinley (Lois) and Dorothy Hubbard; and his sister-in-law Diane McKinley. He is also survived by family members and friends.
