He is survived by: his parents, Chad Witbracht and Tina Witbracht; his wife Noeli; his son Leon; his sister Rachel Witbracht; his parents-in-law, Gina and Mike Madrigal; and his sister-in-law Ilari Madrigal.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Altmeyer Funeral Home (929 S Battlefield Blvd, Chesapeake, VA 23322). Viewing will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM. A prayer will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at the St. Thomas the Apostle Church (8100 Brunner Rd, Newton, WI 53063).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS) at taps.org, in Jacob's memory.
