He is survived by: his parents, Jan DeStafney and Jim DeStafney; his brother Mike; his sister-in-law Dani; his children, Avery, Tanner, Ella and Asher; his grandsons, Jaden and Jack; Meghan. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hillcrest Baptist Church (800 E 9 Mile Rd, Pensacola, FL 32514). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
