We are sad to announce that on August 22, 2025, at the age of 86, James Gleason Schweizer (Pensacola, Florida) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Schweizer and Genevieve Schweizer; and his siblings, John and Janet. He is survived by: his wife Nadine (Cole); his children, Lynn Dieker (Jerry), Gary Schweizer (Joseph) and Valerie Will (Jamie); his brother Dr. Robert Schweizer (Chris); and his grandchildren, Nathan, Craig, Robert, Brie, Karis and Kyle. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the outreach ministries of Perdido Bay Methodist Church.
