He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertha Gertrude Arnold and Kelly Phelps; and his siblings, Lavonia, Jean, Ruthie and Billie.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Leslie Blenis; his children, Jimmy (Monica), Raymond (April), Scott (Brandy), Staci (Adam) and Mark (Melissa); his grandchildren, Raymond (Micelle), Tiffani, Moni (Cami), Cory (Jessica), Crystal, Jimmy, Dianne (Michael), Robyn (Mathew), Leslie (Dallas), Andrew, Aaron, Michael, Jonah, Aiden and Nina; and his great grandchildren, Riley, Raelyn, Bella, Bryson, Mila, Liam, Kira, Levi, Reece, Grayson, Aiden and Luke. He is also survived by loving cousins, nieces, and nephews.
