She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Elmer, Sr. and Lavern Elmer (Kulhanek); and her brother Richard Elmer, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Walter J. Costello; her children, Joe Bruce and Joie Lane; and her siblings, Charles Elmer and Elaine Elmer.
