She was predeceased by: her parents, David Barkley and Erma Dee Barkley; her son John M. Murphy Jr.; and her sister Brenda J. Farley. She is survived by: her son David M. McIntyre; and her sisters, Cynthia D. Barkley and Kathy M. Barkley. She is also survived by two nieces and two nephews and several great nieces and nephews.
