He was predeceased by: his brother Taylor Scott Mudge; and his grandparents, Bobby Taylor Sr., Mary Evelyn Taylor and Scott Mudge. He is survived by: his parents, Sandy Mudge and Keith Mudge; his brother Brad Mudge (Norah); his grandmother Beverly Mudge; and his aunts and uncles, Bobby Taylor (Lisa) of Pace, Lisha Hospital (Clyde) of Jacksonville and Greg Mudge (Terri) of Spanish Fort, Alabama.
