He was predeceased by: his wife Bettie Till Webb; his parents, James T. Webb and Annie Caldwell Webb; and his grandson Shawn Pugh. He is survived by: his children, Renee'Webb Pugh, Melinda Webb Schwartz (David) and Daniel A. Webb (Jackie); his siblings, James D. Webb (Ellen) and Ann Tidwell (Barry); his grandchildren, Jennifer Pugh Nolan (Michael), Kristyna Webb Beauchamp (Daniel), Heather Schwartz Johnson (Ernie), Jaymes A. Webb, Sheryl Schwartz Hanssen (Eric), Clinton T. Webb (Junieth), Justin D. Schwartz (Taryn), Stephanie Schwartz Baker (Ben) and Jason W. Schwartz (Kristy); and his stepgrandson Bryan L. Schwartz (Katy). He is also survived by nine great grandsons and nine great granddaughters.
