She was predeceased by: her parents, John Emery and Elizabeth Getzendaner Haygood; and her husband Jack Gardner. She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Mann (Anthony) and Skip Wax (Kristen); her grandchildren, Jennifer Epstein (Ross), Jessica James (Sammy), Connor and Ryan Wax; her great grandchild Ellaura Joan Epstein; and her former husband Gary Wax.
