It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Vaughn of Pensacola, Florida, born in Atmore, Alabama, who passed away on November 2, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edward Walker Sr. and Earlean Walker. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Allen Vaughn Sr.; her daughter Judy Jalyn Vaughn; her siblings, James Edward Walker (June), Wilford Walker (Pat) and Crystal Burleson (Jovine); her children, Evelyn Janell Skinner (Bobby), Jerry Allen Vaughn Jr. (Sherri) and Georgie Thompson (Marshalla); her grandsons, Frankie Simmons (Nina), Devin Goff (Kaylie), James Vaughn, Kevin Goff (Kim) and Robert Lawson (Maranda); her great grandchildren, Alina, Trenton, Mason Cole, Macie, Pey Pey Karson, Leah Jalyn, Maci Kate, Brody, Maddalynn, Emma, Randall, Gunner, Lucas, Marshall, Skye, Aaliyah and Kiara; and her friend Polly Walker. She is also survived by many other nieces nephews and cousins.
