She is survived by: her husband Bill Smith; her son Dean Phillips (Joanne); her grandchildren, Brian Phillips (Rebecca), Steven Phillips (Ashley), Matthew Phillips (Victoria), Sara Phillips (Tom), Heather Bourque (Jeremy) and Kimberly Phillips; her daughter-in-law Lydia Phillips; and her sister Frances Dees. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
