He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Hartman and Evelyn Lindsey Beall; and his brother Bradley Clyde Beall. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Elliott Beall of Pensacola, FL; his children, Mark Lawrence Beall (Sharon) of Richmond, VA and Laura Kathryn Beall Payne (Art) of Richmond, VA; his granddaughter Lindsey Kathryn Payne of Norfolk, VA.; and his close friends, Barbara Simandle of Utica, NY, Melissa Picardi-Harris of Pensacola, FL, John, Norma Sullivan and Melbourne.
