He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Jean Fletcher; his children, Kevin (Donna), Tessa and Bryan; his sister Betty (Ed); and his grandchildren, Miranda (Steven), Adam (Samantha), Jakob (Jennifer) and Leigh (Hayden). He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
